Agree completely

iTunes is one of the worst applications I have ever used on a PC. Non-intuitive, non-standard (keyboard shortcuts don't do what you want -- try selecting a large # of disparate songs using the keyboard -- scroll doesn't work right, etc).

I agree with previous posters. How after v7.0 of iTunes can it still be this bad? Is the idea to move everyone to OS-X? If so, it's not working. I can't imaging a whole suite of software that works this poorly.

My most recent frustration is trying to Consolidate Library from my NAS drive. Lots of songs pointing to files on my N: drive. Click "Consolidate Library" thinking, foolishly?, that it might move the files from N: to the normal store on C:\Documents and Settings\\....

NOPE. Nothing. Nada. Zilcho. No error message, no movement, all links still to the N: drive. Nice piece of software, Apple.
