On the heels of the shuttering of Netscape, Firefox has hit the half-billion download mark. Pretty impressive if I do say so. Let me add that FF would not be the browser it is today without my herculean efforts (I contributed a 5 line patch to Mozilla 0.1 for handling the file:// protocol in unix- my name's even in the credits!) Where's my royalty cheque?
